HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL CASA QUERO?
In the boutique hotel Casa Quero children are allowed. Before your trip we would like to now about their tastes and preferences such as favorite flavor of ice cream, cereal, etc. That way we can make them feel more at home.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO HOTEL CASA QUERO?
Yes! Boutique hotel Casa Quero is friendly and welcomes household pets. It would be better if you notify us in order to arrange the details.

HOW CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS REGARDING MY ACCOMMODATION?
You can make special requests when booking your room on-line or by contacting the hotel by phone. For example, if you want a bottle of your favorite wine or champagne during your stay, or if you want a floral arrangement in your room, do not hesitate to tell us.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY?
To avoid penalty fees, reservations must be canceled as explained below:

A first night deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be returned if the hotel receives a written cancellation within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival during high season, and 8 days before the date of arrival in low season.

If cancellation is received after such deadlines or if the customer does not show up, or reduces the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

HOW TO BOOK SPA TREATMENTS?
The boutique hotel Casa Quero has an agreement with the leading spas in town, please contact our reservations department and they will book treatments when you want. If you want to book before the hotel reservation, you can send an e-mail to reservas@hotelcasaquero.

WHAT TYPE OF ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS CAN I PRACTICE IN THE HOTEL CASA QUERO?
The hotel has board games, books and movies on DVD. We have bicycles for our guests, which are ideal to go for a beautiful ride along the walls. We also have agreements with major fitness centers so you can practice your exercises.

IS THERE ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL SERVICE IN HOTEL CASA QUERO?
The boutique hotel Casa Quero has a system of 24-hour medical assistance, which provides medical services to the hotel. This is a free service.

We run on 120 volt 60 cycles (60hz), but don’t worry! You don’t have to bring your hairdryer; it is included in your room.

WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE IN CARTAGENA?
Temperatures in Cartagena are warm all the year. The average daytime temperature is 82 o F (28 o C) and 72 o F (22 o C) at night.

WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING SHOULD I BRING?
You can use summer clothing such as shorts, t-shirts and sandals. For some restaurants men are required to wear long trousers and shirt and ladies may wear skirts or dresses. It is very common to use lightweight clothing and linens.
